This will depend on what you are having treatment for. If you have a particular condition you would like help with then a course of at 4 – 6 treatments is usually recommended for you to gain real benefits and notice a difference in your health. If you choose to have treatments as a preventative measure then maintenance sessions once every 4 weeks are recommended. As each treatment is tailored for the individual the course of treatments will be agreed between you and your therapist. If you are not looking for particular help such as stress relief or pain relief you may opt to have a treatment as and when you feel like it. For preconception reflexology a course of 4 treatments on a weekly basis is advised in order to treat at each point in a woman’s monthly menstrual cycle. After this the sessions can be moved to fortnightly.

Payments can be made in cash.

We understand that many people are not entirely comfortable with their bodies and may feel nervous or a little embarrassed about revealing parts of their body. We guarantee that each treatment will be carried out professionally and in a non judgemental way. Your therapist will help put you at ease and make you as comfortable as they can. During a body massage you will be covered with sheets and only the part of your body being massaged will be uncovered. Your modesty will be maintained at all times. If you have a Thai Massage or Reiki, the treatment is carried out through your clothing. During reflexology only your shoes and socks will need to be removed.

If you are generally healthy and have no significant health problems then you will not need to ask your GP before commencing treatment. If you are have a serious health condition such as Cancer, have had a recent heart attack or stroke etc then you will need to inform your GP/specialist prior to undertaking a treatment. If you are unsure whether you need consent from your GP then please give us a call to discuss this.

All the treatments that we provide are safe, natural and non-invasive. They are all intended to bring harmony and balance to your body without side effects. The therapist providing your treatment is qualified, professional, competent and fully insured.

Our treatments are complementary therapies, this means they work alongside the medical treatment you are undergoing. You will not be told to stop taking any medication you are on. Some clients may find that after undergoing regular treatments there is a noticeable improvement in their condition which may result in the need for a reduction of their medication. This can only been done on recommendation from their GP. We do not diagnose medical conditions and will never tell you to make changes to your medical treatment without you discussing this with your GP or specialist.

Our treatment room is based in a listed building in Branston Court. Unfortunately it is only accessible by stairs therefore unsuitable for client’s in wheelchairs.
